Dear Parents,
RE: Filming Christmas Performances
Celebrating Christmas through music and performance has always been an important part of the school year at Worple and we are hoping to do this again this year. Normally you would be invited into school to watch our Christmas performances, however because of Covid-19 we this will not possible this year.
However where there’s a will there’s a way, which is why we are still planning to do a whole school Christmas concert, with each class performing a Christmas song or poem. The performances this year will be filmed and we anticipate being able to share a link with you so that you can view the performance in the comfort of your own home.
In order for us to do this we would need an agreement from all families that the film should not be circulated more widely than the family. Our advice is that any manipulation or distribution of images/film footage of children could result in prosecution.
If you do not want your child to be included in the filming of the Christmas concert, please inform the school office by 3pm on Friday 4th December.
